When you are ready to appoint Beans as your accountants there is a simple 3-step process.
1. Discovery Call - We start by chating about your current business and personal situation, give you tax and business advice, help you choose a company structure and recommend an accounts package to suit your needs.
2. The On-boarding Process - If Beans are the right accountants for you, then you fill in the online joining forms. Next we switch you from your existing accountants (if required) and let you know if there is any catch-up work needed to bring your accounts up to date. Then, your direct debit mandate is put in place to collect catch-up and ongoing monthly fixed package fees. Finally, we set up your FreeAgent online accounting software.
3. Start Invoicing - You begin invoicing clients for your work 🙂
